Get Fit with Boxercise

Boxercise is a fantastic way to get fit, de-stress and have some fun. It’s possible to burn up to 600 calories in one session.
Ali’s Boxercise session on a Tuesday evening caters for all levels of fitness and any age. Gloves and Pads are provided as well as instruction on technique and how to punch safely.

Mixed-ability group sessions taught by a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor. Everyone is welcome and it’s never too late to get started!

Group Classes

My group classes offer plenty of options for all abilities. There’s a gentle warm-up section where we stretch and mobilise the body, followed by a main exercise session and finally a stretch and cool down.

If you’ve ever wondered about doing Pilates, or taking some time out for yourself, come along and give it a try! No previous experience is necessary and you’ll be made to feel welcome.
